If you’re hoping to stock up on some Easter treats for the long bank holiday weekend, supermarkets are still open despite the coronavirus lockdown.
There have been massive queues outside some supermarkets as people try to shop for food and observe social distancing measures at the same time – so it pays to plan your shopping outing ahead.
If ASDA is your store of choice, the good news is that there’s still plenty of time to visit over Easter for some last-minute supplies, although shopping hours may vary.
Here’s what you need to know about the retail giant’s opening times in the coming days…
What are ASDA’s opening times for Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday?
ASDA stores are open on Good Friday, 10 April from 8am to 8pm.
On Easter Saturday, the store opening and closing times are once again 8am to 8pm, but on Easter Sunday ASDA supermarkets will be closed.
If you need to go shopping on Easter Monday, ASDA will be open from 8am to 8pm.
Currently, NHS workers are being prioritised in larger stores every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 9am.
You can find out when your local store will be open via the store locator on the chain’s website.
