And Just Like That fans, it’s nearly time, as season 2 has been revealed to be just around the corner.
HBO Max shared an announcement poster today confirming some of our favourite cast members are returning for the second series of the Sex And The City spin-off.
Of course, Sarah Jessica Parker will be joined by Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis, after Samantha Jones confirmed she wouldn’t be completing the foursome for the spin-off.
Alongside the tagline ‘Pull up a chair, it’s going to be a feast’, included Che Diaz’s character Sara Ramirez, Seema Patel actress Sarita Choudry, Karen Pittman as Dr Nya Wallace and Ari Parker as Lisa Todd.
Over on Sarah’s social media, she posted a similar announcement revealing ‘New beginnings are in season’ with Niall Cunningham as Brady Hobbes and Evan Handler as Harry Goldenblatt.
Meanwhile, Mario Cantone as Anthony Marentino and Cathy Ang as Lily York Goldenblatt, with Alex Swinton as Rock, complete the line-up.
She wrote: ‘Season 2 of #AndJustLikeThat premieres June 22 on Max.
‘Consider this your official invitation. And plus 1s (or 2s, 3s, 4s…) are all welcome here.
‘Hope you’re hungry. X, SJ,’ before adding more outfit details in the comments.
And while some fans have been sent into a frenzy knowing the date is just around the corner, others have noticed one thing that has left them a little concerned.
Charlotte actress Kristin has sparked confusing comments, with one fan asking: ‘Charlotte is that you?’
‘And just like photoshop,’ another joked while someone else penned: ‘Charlotte giving AI realness.’
Someone else wrote: ‘There’s some filtering going on here. That doesn’t even look like Charlotte.’
Another however was far more excited, writing: ‘This is such a great promo photo!! So excited for the new season!’
This comes after a first look clip showed the return of a familiar face, with John Corbett’s character Aidan Shaw approaching Sarah’s character Carrie’s familiar brown-stone New York pad.
Aiden was an old love interest of the leading lady in the movies and TV show that documented the trials and tribulations of the fashionable columnist.
In the newly released footage, Sarah as Carrie is heard saying: ‘And just like that, I realized some things are better left in the past, but maybe not everything.’
And Just Like That season 2 lands on HBO Max on June 22.
