Amateur chef Eloise Head – who goes by FitWaffle Kitchen on Instagram – has wowed us with a simple and easy to make chocolate and caramel truffle recipe.

The London baker has shared how to make delectable, four-ingredient truffles which she says are ‘super easy to make’.

The 26-year-old has impressed her 161,000-strong Instagram followers with her latest creation, the Oreo-stuffed chocolate, and caramel truffles.

Eloise shared a tutorial on her Instagram where she showed fans that the treat doesn’t require any baking.

All you need to create this delicious dessert are 10 Oreos, 60 grams of cream cheese, 130 grams of milk chocolate and seven Rolos (the chocolates).

And there you have it – fancy little truffles that you can totally take credit for.

To make the truffles, crush the Oreo biscuits in a food processor or by hand with a rolling pin (leave some crumbs to decorate with later).

Then mix the crumbs into the softened cream cheese.

Scoop up a teaspoon of the mixture and flatten it, adding a Rolo into the middle.

Roll up the mixture in your palm to make a circle.

Do this until you’ve used up all the mixture. Place the truffles on a baking tray and chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes until the balls are hard.

While they set, melt your milk chocolate in the microwave.

Then get the hardened truffles out of the fridge and dip them into the melted chocolate, covering every inch.

Use the leftover Oreo crumbs and sprinkle over it. Leave it in the fridge to harden once more.

And voila, your truffles are ready.

Fans love Eloise’s truffles and the recipe has received more than 12,000 likes on Instagram, with some calling it a game-changer.

Of, course, it’s not the first time Eloise has been lauded for her baking skills.

She impressed us during peak lockdown with a three-ingredient Oreo fudge which also went down a treat.

We wonder what she’ll come up with next.
