The world is a scary place right now. It’s a literal pandemic.

Now more than ever we want to reach out to our loved ones for support and reassurance.

But that isn’t necessarily the best or easiest thing to do right now.

We’ve already established that these are strange times that we are living in.

But what makes it stranger, is that despite the fact that we have never had more methods of communication, it is so easy to feel lonely in lockdown.

Just think about how many people you would or could meet in a normal week. It’s not unreasonable to feel the effects of that number being slashed.

It’s ok to feel lonely. But you don’t have to feel stuck in that emotion.

Join Headspace’s Andy Puddicombe as he leads you through this week’s mindfulness session and equips you with the necessary tools to be able to get through these feelings of loneliness.
