Lidl is giving away bunches of Mother’s Day flowers to NHS workers to thank them for their incredible efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.
Blooms will be redirected from the supply chain and distributed to community groups across the UK in partnership with Neighbourly, as well as being handed out to staff as they leave their shifts at Northampton General Hospital and Kettering General Hospital.
The team at Lidl hope the flowers will serve as a token of appreciation to the hardworking doctors, nurses, and support staff working in incredibly difficult circumstances.
