Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana have welcomed their sixth child together.
The 57-year-old TV chef announced the exciting news on Saturday, sharing some pictures from the hospital as they held their new bundle of joy.
‘What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!!
‘One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done,’ he wrote.
Fans and friends alike flocked to the comments to share their congratulations with Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden writing ‘Congratulations’, while Saturday Kitchen’s James Martin penned: ‘Congrats x’.
Gordon and Tana, 49, already have have Megan, 25, twins Holly and Jack, 23, Tilly, 21, and youngest son Oscar, four.
Earlier this year, Gordon joked about Tana being pregnant, seemingly hoodwinking us at the time.
Appearing on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden back in January, Gordon joked there was ‘one more on the way’.
Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda, 51, interrupted in shock, ‘What?’ as Gordon replied: ‘Seriously.’
Jamie asked, ‘You’ve not got another one on the way?’ with Gordon adding: ‘Tana’s jeans aren’t fitting her.’
Not convinced that Gordon was being serious, Amanda pushed: ‘Is it Christmas or is it a baby?’
The Hell’s Kitchen star then downplayed his remark, saying: ‘Do you know what, I don’t know yet,’ he said. ‘I’ll double check when I get back. I’m going down to Boots on the way out of here, and I’ll double check.’
‘Tana would like another baby and I’m like no, no, no, no,’ Gordon continued. ‘It’s already hard enough thinking about when I go to take Oscar to school, “Hey, what’s your grandad’s name?”
‘Or sports day, Jamie. When I’m standing there with a stick and an egg and spoon thinking, “holy fiddle.”‘
Gordon echoed his sentiments that he was worried about having another child at his age just weeks ago.
He made the revelation on the Dish podcast with Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett, and first spoke about the complication of the sheer number of children, joking they would need ‘two buses’ to go out to dinner or get to school.
‘I’m going to be the oldest f****r at school,’ he complained.
‘”Who’s your grandad?” And what about sports day, and the egg and spoon race? What am I going to do?’
Despite all of this, he confessed he would ‘love another one’ but ‘five is enough for now.’
