Britney Spears is reportedly ‘disappointed’ in her younger sister Jamie Lynn for quitting I’m A Celebrity.
The Zoey 101 actress, 32, made the decision to leave the ITV reality programme, just days after MasterChef star Grace Dent’s exit for medical reasons.
Since leaving the jungle, Jamie Lynn has teased that she would share ‘all about my journey’ as she returned to social media.
She wrote: ‘I can’t wait to share with y’all everything about this once in a lifetime experience, but I don’t even know where to start when trying to describe what an incredibly special time and place I had with some of the absolute best humans I have ever met and consider family now.’
Jamie added that she’d be ‘taking some time to recovery and spend time with my family’, after ITV confirmed she had left ‘on medical grounds’.
Her exit comes after she quit Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and Dancing With The Stars just weeks ago.
And now Britney has reportedly addressed her leaving the camp, with a source claiming she’s ‘disappointed’.

The insider said: ‘Britney is disappointed, but nothing surprises her anymore when it comes to her family’s unprofessional behaviour.’
The source went on to allege to DailyMail.com that ‘Jamie Lynn knew damn well going into this that all she had to do was last 72 hours and she was going to get paid. So that is what she did.
‘She never intended on staying any longer than this.’
The insider added: ‘Unlike her sister, Jamie Lynn does not see anything through to the end.’
Jamie Lynn did hint that she was ready to leave the jungle in numerous conversations in camp, recently defending herself against rumours she was ‘the girl who cried wolf’.
‘Guess what, I didn’t leave,’ Jamie Lynn said, the night before her departure, before defending herself against Sam Thompson calling her ‘the girl who cried wolf’.
‘I’m speaking honestly about my emotions,’ she went on as Fred Sirieix laughed about Jamie Lynn making it to the final two.
‘I love you all, that’s why I’m here,’ she added.
Jamie Lynn continued: ‘I think everybody had a rough day today, but I’m not crying wolf, I mean it very much.
‘I mean it, every time I want to leave, I have bad days, not everyday is sunshine and roses.’
Britney wrote about her strained relationship with Jamie Lynn in her memoir, The Woman In Me, sharing: ‘My sister and I should have found comfort in each other, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case.
‘As I was fighting the conservatorship and receiving a lot of press attention, she was writing a book capitalising on it.
‘She rushed out salacious stories about me, many of them hurtful and outrageous. I was really let down.’
But Britney also said she ‘loved’ her sister and wished her ‘the absolute best’.
Metro.co.uk has approached reps for Britney and Jamie Lynn for comment.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
