The 2023 Britain’s Got Talent is shaping up nicely as two more acts have been added to the line-up.
Just like the previous instalment, Wednesday’s episode showcased the weird and wonderful, but in the end, Bruno Tonioli’s Golden buzzer act Ghetto Kids and reigned supreme as the latest acts to make it to the final stage.
The Ugandan dance troupe was crowned tonight’s winners, and it was up to judges Bruno, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell to choose between singer Travis George and rocker Harry Churchill.
Bruno and Alesha opted to save Travis, while Amanda saved Harry which meant Simon had the casting vote, but decided to leave it to a public vote.
Host And and Dec revealed that Travis won the public vote and will perform again in the finale.
Tonight’s remaining acts also included Notorious, Dylan B, Toy Toy Toy, Markus Birdman, Miki Dark.
Ghetto Kids and Travis’ will be joining finalists Viggo Venn who had the audience on their feet with his, ahem, interesting One More Time remix while singer Olivia Lynes had everyone in tears with her rendition of Into The Unknown from Disney’s Frozen 2.
On pressing the famed buzzer, Amanda said: ‘I wasn’t expecting to do that. I always go on how I feel in my heart. And everybody was on their feet and you truly deserve that moment Olivia. I feel so proud of you Olivia.’
Bruno also dubbed the youngster, who has dreams of performing on the West End, a ‘singing miracle.’
Olivia and Viggo will be joining dancer Musa Motha and singer Amy Lou in Sunday’s final.
Britain’s Got Talent returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV.
