Rachel Stevens has spoken out following the demise of her S Membership 7 bandmate Paul Cattermole, paying homage to his ‘delicate soul’.
Final week, it was introduced that Cattermole had died on the age of 46, months after the pop group introduced that they have been embarking on a twentieth anniversary tour.
Tributes poured in following the devastating lack of the singer, with S Membership 7 saying in an announcement: ‘There are not any phrases to explain the deep unhappiness and loss all of us really feel.’
Members of the band have since been releasing tributes individually, with Stevens, 45, sharing a black-and-white picture of Cattermole on Instagram.
‘Thanks a lot for all of your lovely messages of affection and assist 💔🙏🏻The out pouring of affection for our Paul has been so extremely particular and has meant a lot. I hope he knew how cherished he was ❤️,’ she wrote.
‘Such a sort, mild and delicate soul with essentially the most unimaginable power and such a wild free spirit. He would gentle up any room 💫.
‘We're heartbroken however so grateful for the recollections all of us shared 🙏🏻
An absolute shining star who we'll love and miss all the time. RIP darling Paul 💔.’
Earlier at this time, Tina Barrett, 46, shared a poem that she’d written in Cattermole’s honour.
‘Farewell, candy Paul, your star shines so shiny,’ she penned.
‘Thanks for all of your nicely needs and assist on this tragic time. I wrote a poem for Paul I’d prefer to share with you all.
‘Paul Cattermole, A shining star, filled with character and life, his flame burnt so shiny.
‘A insurgent with out a trigger, a free spirit, a real pressure, whereas strumming the guitar, he reached for the celebs.’
The singer concluded: ‘Farewell candy Paul, your star shines so shiny, ceaselessly in our hearts, sleep nicely and goodnight.’
