That’s right, the bed is in the kitchen, nestled lovingly between the fridge, washing machine and cooking area.
Marketed by estate agent Alexander Lets, photos on Zoopla show the very small flat in all its glory.
Interestingly, the listing advertises a double bedroom.
It reads: ‘Double bedroom, open plan, fully fitted kitchen.
‘Combined washing machine, two ring electric hob, electric oven, hood, extractor, fridge freezer, combined dining/sitting area.’
The converted ground floor flat also has access to a shared garden, as well as a separate shower and bathroom.
But it seems an apartment like this can’t be rented to just anyone – the ad stipulates that they’re after a single, non-smoker.
