The epitome of 2020: nails designed to look like a cleaning product.
A London-based nail artist and press-on nail designer has come up with a look like no other.
The account, @soph_builds_nails, showcased a press-on nail that looks like a bottle of Fairy Liquid – and not only that, there’s liquid inside the nail to mimic how the washing up staple actually moves if you were to tip it.
Only recently was the world graced with nail art that used real prawn heads, and now we have this far more sanitary statement.
Soph captioned her creations with: ‘Okay so this is kind of a joke but kind of not LOL FAIRY LIQUID PRESS ONS that actually have liquid in them!!’
She revealed the green liquid was made using a concoction of baby oil and jelly colours.
‘I really wanted to try doing aquarium nails, so thought this would be a cool idea! I encapsulated baby oil in there, It acc looks like a mini fairy liquid bottle,’ she explained.

Fans on the platform are loving them, with one commenting: ‘I am OBSESSED with these! I need them!!’
Another humoured: ‘you want long nail or short nail… or Fairy nail?’
While someone else, clearly amused by the skillful nail art, said: ‘SHUT UP I AM DEAD’.
Other comments range from laugh emojis, to pure admiration at Soph’s talent, to telling her she’d made a fortune selling them.
