Eloise Head, the founder of Fitwaffle Kitchen, is back with another recipe you really should make this weekend.
Or next week. Or over Christmas.
Whenever you like, really, because you’ll want to eat this particular treat all the time.
The latest Fitwaffle recipe is for Nutella-stuffed Biscoff cups.
They look indulgent and delicious, but are secretly super easy to make; requiring just three ingredients and no baking.
We reckon that a bundle of the cups would make a great homemade Christmas gift.
Or you can just eat the stash yourself. We won’t judge.
So, how do you make these tasty delights?
Recipe for Nutella-stuffed Biscoff cups
Ingredients (for six cups):
- 250g white chocolate
- 100g Biscoff spread
- 6 tablespoons Nutella
Method:
- Melt white chocolate and Biscoff spread in the microwave, or in a bain marie over a saucepan
- Scoop half the mixture into cupcake cases, spreading up the sides of each case
- Put in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Remove, and equally divide your Nutella between each cup, putting a scoop in the centre of each
- Top with the rest of the white chocolate and Biscoff mix
- Leave in the fridge to set
