In search of the best products to upgrade your workout routine?
We’re here to help.
We’ve put together a list of seven (mostly) sustainable items, from skincare to fashion and apps for recovery.
These new products will help you give back to the Earth while keeping fit.
1. Show support
Activewear brand Planet Warrior champions sustainable fashion.
Each sports bra and leggings set is made from 50 plastic bottles, plus all packaging is eco-friendly, from the tissue paper and stickers to packing tape.
Bra, from £25, Planet Warrior
2. Keep positive
Vegan skincare brand Like It On Top has teamed up with body positive candle makers Trippy Tuesday to create a 100 per cent vegan soy wax candle with lemongrass essential oil.
The Pholiotina (curvy lady) and Gallerina (petite gal) are to remind you that bodies come in all shapes and sizes.

3. Set the tone
Harvard Medical School has teamed up with Caudalie to create this Resveratrol Lift range.
The five products contain a vegan collagen booster (most collagen in skincare comes from animals), plus hyaluronic acid and vine resveratrol (antioxidant properties). They claim the combination is twice as effective as retinol.
From £36, Caudalie
4. Take a hike
If you’re opting for a Staycation this year, hiking is a great way to see the local area and burn off some calories.
Sweaty Betty’s new Hiking collection combines function and style with kit, bags and accessories.
From £20, Sweaty Betty
5. Max effect
Premax is performance skincare for athletes.
The collection has been used by everyone from British Athletics to Chelsea Football Club and includes Warm-Up Cream (protects against rain, wind and cold), Chamois Cream (anti-bacterial protection in a female-specific pH balanced formula) and Anti-Friction Balm (endurance focused).
From £15, Premax
6. Stay ‘appy
Exercise taking its toll? Download the healthcare app Babylon and book an online physio session.
Pick your preferred date/time with the physio of your choice and you’ll get a video call to chat through your injury and some movements to help, plus more exercises emailed post-session.
£35, Babylon Health
7. Cut a dash
Reduce your carbon footprint one step at a time with the Allbirds Dasher running shoe.
It’s made from renewable, natural materials including eucalyptus tree fibres, merino wool and sugarcane.
