One of the UK’s thinnest houses is up for sale for £72,000.
Ty Ni house in Nefyn, Gwynedd, North Wales is just 7ft wide but thanks to a clever layout, there’s a kitchen, lounge and dining room, bathroom, bedroom and attic room.
It’s all tucked away between two properties with only a door and two windows on the front.
It was named Ty Ni because of its size but also because it is the Welsh for ‘Our House’.
Inside the house stretches back for 22ft, so although it’s narrow, there’s plenty of living space.
It might lack in size but there’s plenty of charm with original stonework is exposed inside the cottage.
The living area sits under the stairs, which have open slats to let the the light flood through. There’s also a big front window to help the space fell bigger.
Upstairs, the bedroom is big enough for a double bed and there’s lots of character with exposed wooden beams.
And if you want to enjoy some time outside, there’s a yard at the front.
It sits just minutes away from a sandy beach popular with tourists enjoying the sea air.
Nearby activites include a championship golf course at Morfa Nefyn that is only two miles away.
Tudor Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors described it as a ‘compact quaint cottage for sale’.
A spokesman said: ‘Ty Ni is situated in a convenient position in the centre of this small seaside town which is located on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula and is within walking distance of the amenities and beach.’
