The long Easter bank holiday weekend is here, but with the UK still on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, it will certainly be less eventful than usual.
The health and beauty retailer Boots is set to close 60 of its more than 2,400 stores in the UK due to reduced footfall.
Boots said: ‘The locations where people need Boots have changed fundamentally in the last few weeks.
‘We are temporarily closing a small number of stores that are very quiet at this time.’
However if you still need to buy essential items, here is everything you need to know about Boots opening hours over Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
What are the Boots Easter weekend opening times?
Boots stores opening times will vary from store to store across the Easter bank holiday weekend.
Most stores will be open on Good Friday but with reduced opening hours, typically accessible from later in the morning and closing earlier at 5pm.
You can expect standard opening times on Easter Saturday, however, all stores will be closed on Easter Sunday.
Boots stores will then reopen on Easter Monday but, again, with reduced opening hours. Normal hours will resume on 14 April.
