Miss hooking up?

You’re not alone. Global pandemics and an active social life are mutually exclusive.

But, alas, we must stay indoors.

To make that a bit easier, a sex toy brand is offering a quarantine-friendly discount to encourage people to masturbate at home instead of going out.

UK online sex toy retailers Kandid is offering 25% off products to help people stay happy, well and entertained at home.

And if case anyone wants to try experiment with anal play and the like, they’re also throwing in a free bottle of lube.

The LGTBQ+ friendly sex toy store has started to see a climb in sales, due to customers spending more time at home.

And so they decided to put up a 25% off discount with the code ‘stay at home’.

The brand believes in masturbation to deal with the general stresses of day to day life as well as with the anxious times we’re living in now.

You don’t need to tell us twice.

Elle Vooght, sexual wellness Doctor at Kandid tells us: ‘I’d recommend making masturbation part of your weekly or event daily self-care routine. Self-pleasure is a proven wellness tool that has a multitude of health benefits.

‘Regular masturbation can reduce anxiety, help with relaxation and deep sleep, and create happy hormones. Plus it’s just fun.’

Kandid was started in 2019 by Londoners by couple Josh and Greg wanted to launch an inclusive sex toy brand.

Josh Morris, Co-founder of Kandid said: ‘With the prospect of long periods of time at home either alone or with your partner, we wanted to help people find new ways to explore and fill their time. There’s never been a better time to relax and let yourself be playful.’

He also stresses that the products come in discreet packaging, should anyone be embarrassed or cautious of anyone coming across them.

Josh adds: ‘We are both members of the LGBTQ+ community and share a desire to remove the stigma around sex and toys for everyone.

‘We’ve designed our products, packaging and branding in a way that doesn’t scream sex – branding that could be used to sell clothing – as a way of empowering nervous and beginner shoppers to feel more comfortable.’

You can shop the range on the Kandid website.
