A mum has created an incredible school bag station to make getting her seven kids ready in the morning much easier.
Jenne Pierce, from Victoria, Australia, picked up seven wooden letters, photo frames, hooks and baskets.
She took the Christmas picture each child had took with Santa and put them on the frames, before sticking them on the wall above each hook.
She added a letter for the name of each child and a basket under each one, with room for their shoes on top.
She also purchased laces in different colours from eBay for their shoes so each child can distinguish between them.
It means that when they come home each day, the children have a place for all their things and it’s easy to find everything the next morning.
Jenna and her husband Chris met in 2011, each having a child of their own. They had three more kids together and then went on to become foster parents to two boys last year.
With six children at primary school and one in pre-school, lots of organisation is needed.
Jenna told Femail: ‘When the kids get home from school, they put their bag on their hook, shoes where they need to go, lunch box on the bench, and get out of their school clothes before doing anything else.
‘Our school bag station allows the kids to have their own set place for their belongings, which is easier for them the next morning not having to remember where they put their stuff and stressing before school.’
The school bag station isn’t the only bit of planning she recommends.
They pull out all the food the night before to make their lunch boxes and then when it comes to showering and brushing their teeth, they work from youngest to eldest.
Once each child has finished, they call out for the next person.
When it comes to feeding the big family, they like to map out their meals on a whiteboard, batch cook and use a slow cooker because it’s easier to leave on during the day.
