Is there anything we love more than halloumi? Grilled, fried, we love it all.
Which is why we’re especially happy that Aldi has brought its halloumi fries back.
In case you don’t remember, these were super popular when they were first released. Like, crazy popular.
They sold out almost immediately, and in an effort to let more people buy them, Aldi ended up imposing a two-pack limit on customers buying them.
Yes, that’s how much people loved them.
And now they’re back, alongside a brand new halloumi addition: The halloumi burger.
There are four burgers per box, while there are 10 fries per pack, and we suggest buying them both together for an all-out cheesy meal.
Aldi said: ‘Customers will be thrilled to hear that everyone’s favourite cheesy snack is back… with the addition of a Halloumi Burger for the same price.
And the halloumi products don’t stop there.
Aldi has also revealed its Christmas menu, which features bacon-wrapped halloumi bites. Sadly, as you can probably guess, they aren’t suitable for vegetarians.
The halloumi-based pigs in blankets will be available in stores from 5 December, though the price hasn’t been unveiled yet.
Obviously, we’ll be stocking up for Christmas – but in the meantime, let the rest of November be filled with halloumi burgers and fries.
Yum.
